Working in rural and remote psychology I often have the opportunity to provide wellness checkins at community health and other events. These checkins are based on three key areas we know are critical to your wellbeing: the body, the mind and the spirit. I have attached a check-in sheet for you to use to identify if your wellbeing needs a tune-up.
